Feedback and reflection
After receiving feedback from my peers and analysing the project’s initial results in depth, I rethought and restructured the project’s core questions and research methodology.
While the initial question clarified the focus, it also limited the vision of the solution strategy.
To overcome this limitation, I switched to a more open-ended question format: ‘How can “A” solve “B”?’ where ‘A ‘represents a variety of possible strategies and ‘B’ clearly describes the problem. This open-ended definition enhances the flexibility of the research and makes the exploration process more diverse. Based on this, I conducted a secondary user study to define the problem more accurately and explore the neglected causal factors.
